Exclusive Remedy:

The exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts or the supply of labor to cure covered defects. Replacement parts may include reconditioned parts restored to like new condition.

This warranty product replacement is limited to one (1) chair within the coverage period. Additional replacements are applicable to a product deductible listed in the attached Schedule A.

Replaced Chair Disposition:

a. In the event a chair is approved for replacement under warranty, the disposition of the original chair will be determined at Human Touch's sole discretion.

b. The original chair must be made available for inspection, return, or pickup as directed by Human Touch. If the original chair is not accessible at the scheduled time, additional fees for a return trip, storage coordination, or disposal may apply.

c. If the customer elects to retain or dispose of the original chair without written authorization from Human Touch, or the customer does not follow the disposition of the original chair as determined by Human Touch (in section a.), Human Touch reserves the right to deny or withdraw the approved replacement.

d. All warranty replacement chairs are delivered via curbside or threshold delivery. Inside delivery, installation, or removal of the original chair may be arranged for an additional fee.

Nationwide Service Network:

Labor will be provided by Human Touch’s nationwide network of authorized service technicians for repairs that require a skilled technician, subject to regional service availability.

Service Requests:

Customers can request service through the Human Touch customer support department by calling 855-794-5663 or emailing commercialsupport@humantouch.com. Refer to Use & Care Manual for detailed procedures.

Warranty Service Authorization:

All warranty claims must be reported to and acknowledged by Human Touch prior to any repair, replacement, or service being performed. Customers may contact Human Touch via the service request process described above. Any repair, modification, or service performed without prior written authorization from Human Touch will void warranty coverage for the affected component or issue. Human Touch reserves the right to deny reimbursement for any unauthorized service costs.

Customer Self-Install Parts:

The following parts are designated for customer self-installation at commercial locations. Human Touch will provide instructional videos and written guides for all listed parts. A service technician visit will not be dispatched for these parts; the customer is solely responsible for installation.

Chair controllers (remotes) on massage chairs and select recliners

  Chair back pads and pillows

  Chair back liners

Foot/calf massage unit replacements• Third party timer systems (TMax, Scanners, etc)

Customer Responsibility for Advance-Shipped Parts:

When Human Touch ships a replacement part to a commercial location in advance of a contracted service technician visit, the customer assumes full responsibility for the part upon delivery. Specifically, the customer must:

Safeguard the part until the technician arrives

Ensure the part is present and accessible at the time of the technician’s visit

Not discard, misplace, or install the part prior to the scheduled visit

Replacement of any advance-shipped part that is lost, discarded, or otherwise unavailable at time of service will be subject to charge at the customer’s expense and is not covered under warranty. Should an  additional technician return visit be required, it may be subject to a service fee.

Service Distance Charge:

Warranty service calls dispatched to locations outside of an identified geographical service market center may be subject to a distance-based travel surcharge in addition to any applicable labor coverage. Distance charge rates and applicable zones are set forth in Schedule C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Human Touch reserves the right to update the distance charge schedule periodically with reasonable notice.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts in upholstery, or damage caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance, theft, vandalism, fire, flood or other natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or other exclusions outlined in the product’s Use & Care Manual.

This warranty also does not cover damage caused by user abuse, defined as use beyond intended commercial purposes or exceeding structural design limits.

Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage to the foot/calf massager resulting from use while wearing shoes, nor damage resulting from a user standing on the foot/calf massager when entering or exiting the chair. Such damage is considered misuse and is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.

Upon identification of a defect and submission of a warranty service request, the chair should be taken out of service and not used until the repair is completed. Continued use of a chair with a known defect may cause additional damage beyond the original covered defect. Any such additional damage resulting from continued use after a warranty claim has been submitted will not be covered under this warranty.

Climate Control and Storage Requirements:

Products must be stored and operated in a climate-controlled environment. Human Touch recommends maintaining storage and operating environments within temperature and humidity ranges specified in the product’s Use & Care Manual. Damage attributable to exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, moisture, or pest infestation (including but not limited to damage caused by rodents, insects, or other animals to wiring, components, or upholstery) is expressly excluded from warranty coverage and will not be remedied under this warranty.

Damage attributable to exposure to salt air, halotherapy or salt room environments, corrosive chemicals, or other corrosive atmospheric conditions, including indirect exposure from equipment or treatments operating in the same room or adjacent space is expressly excluded from warranty coverage and will not be remedied under this warranty.

Proper Use:

The product must be used only for intended commercial purposes as defined above and in accordance with product instructions and warnings listed in the product’s Use & Care Manual. Damage or failure resulting from unintended use is not covered.

Proper Maintenance:

Maintenance requirements for this product are governed by the Human Touch Use & Care Manual, which is provided as a separate document and incorporated herein by reference. Compliance with all inspection, cleaning, and maintenance procedures set forth in the Use & Care Manual is a condition of warranty coverage. Failure to follow the prescribed maintenance schedule may void warranty coverage for any damage attributable to such failure.

Access for Service:

End user must provide clear access to perform warranty repairs. Any costs associated with providing access are not covered.

Replacement Parts:

Only genuine Human Touch replacement parts may be used for repairs covered by warranty. Use of third-party or unauthorized parts voids this warranty.

Human Touch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to fulfill warranty replacement obligations using refurbished parts or components that have been inspected, tested, and restored to like-new condition. The use of refurbished parts does not diminish or alter any remaining warranty coverage applicable to the repaired product.

Modifications:

Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product voids this warranty.

Disclaimer:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your rights may vary from state to state.

Limits of Liability:

Liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Human Touch shall not be liable for damages caused by delay in rendering services under this warranty.

In no event shall Human Touch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to any product defect or warranty claim, even if Human Touch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
